The MB420 is a substantial speaker, that was designed with the home in mind. Rather than a small, handheld unit and relying on external speakers or headphones, the MB420 is made to be all-inclusive. Sitting on a bedside table or taking pride-of-place in as a Hi-Fi sound system in the living room, the stereo speakers fill the space with tangible sound.

Including stereo speakers, a bass reflex tube in the rear and multiple playback methods such as super-compatible Bluetooth and physical media from USB or 3.5mm cable, the MB420 is truly a centrepiece of home audio.

We take pride in being able to produce a home stereo unit like this alongside the smaller, handheld DAB radios we have come to be known for. The home unit also gave us a chance to add digital radio alarm clock features so you can enjoy a dual-alarm on different days of the week.

DAB and FM Tuning via Telescopic Aerial

The MB420 is more than just an AUX speaker, it can also receive and play 100s of DAB, DAB+ and FM channels. Radio stations sound authentic through the speaker, especially when the reception is high. To make sure the speakers get the best signal possible to make the most of their quality, we made sure to manufacture a telescopic aerial for the MB420. This aerial can extend, but also rotate through a full semi-sphere. This means you can position the aerial for maximum reception and by extension, maximum quality.

Hi-Fi Stereo Speakers

Home audio is a different beast to portable devices, and taking on the challenge means increasing the quality of the speaker units. Nested inside the subtle wood exterior are a family of speakers all working to bring complete stereo from any source. The bass reflex tube on the rear and subwoofer design both contribute to this depth and unity of this hi fi system.

Digital Clock Radio Alarm

The MB420 serves as a radio alarm clock, allowing you to wake up the way you want. Drown your room in your favourite MP3 tracks or radio stations (Dab or FM) or simply jolt awake with an alarm buzzer for a more traditional awakening. The dual-alarm clock allows different alarm tones and times to be scheduled so you can enter the weekend stress-free (And not oversleep on Monday…).
